Your wishes, clearly expressed

Will writing.
Shaped around your life.

A Will is about people as much as possessions. We help you think through your wishes and understand the choices that give them effect.

Looking at the whole picture

Your family arrangements, relationships and finances all influence what you want your Will to achieve. Paul helps you make sense of those connections and explain your instructions clearly.

What we can discuss

  • Who you would like to benefit from your estate.
  • Who you would like to appoint as your executors.
  • Guardianship wishes where you have children under 18.
  • Specific gifts and the arrangements for the remainder of your estate.
  • Family circumstances that may need particular care.
  • How your property and finances relate to your wishes.

Personal guidance, expert checking

Paul works with you to understand and record your instructions. Wills produced through the service are checked by an expert who is a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.

That membership refers to the checking expert. Paul’s role is to help you understand your choices and communicate what you want to achieve.

From your instructions to a signed Will

We explain the steps involved and your proposed fees during the initial consultation. You have the opportunity to discuss your wishes and ask questions before deciding to proceed.

Our consultations are remote. Your completed Will still needs to be signed and witnessed correctly; a telephone or video consultation does not replace that process.

Your questions

Clear answers before you begin.

What should I prepare for a Will consultation?

Think about the people you want to provide for, who could act as your executors and any questions about your family or property. You do not need to send financial documents with your first enquiry.

Can I arrange my Will remotely?

We can discuss and record your instructions by telephone or video. Signing and witnessing your Will are separate steps; we explain what you need to do.

Can I change my Will after a marriage or a family change?

Tell us about the change and any existing Will. Marriage, separation, divorce, a new child or changes to your finances are good reasons to review your arrangements. We can discuss what your situation needs.
